In the case where you want to manage large quantities, many dates,
on products that are all similar, as is the case for food items or
medicines, you will use this option which is a little more complex
than the previous one, but which avoids creating a line for each new
batch.
Principle
A product is said to be "batch submitted" if a batch name and date
are to be entered when it is moved.
Whether a product is
submitted to a batch or not is determined by the name of its family.
In addition to the batch number, parameters are available to
choose how the dates are to be managed.
Parameter setting
There are three variants of the batch mode, similar to rental
management, which are set up as follows:
- LOT = 1, Family names that contain the § character will be
subject to batches.
- LOT = 2, Family names that contain § are exempt from batch.
- LOT = 3, All families are subject to batches.
This system allows you to have products in the same SIM that are
subject to rental or not.
For date management:
- DLC = 1, In addition to a batch name, a date is requested
- DLC1 = N, Number of days for the "orange" alarms
- DLC2 = P, Number of days for the "pink" alarm
